About

I work across strategy, systems, and execution.

The longer version

I'm a product designer and design leader. I work on complex enterprise and financial products: the tools people use to plan, analyze, and make decisions. I design these systems and build them in code, which lets me pressure-test ideas as working prototypes.

I connect customer evidence, business strategy, and working prototypes. That range helps teams make sharper bets, align faster, and carry a strong idea through execution.

I've led 0→1 and 1→n initiatives at startups (Pulley, Adaptive Insights) and large enterprises (Microsoft, Workday), and I've managed and mentored design and research teams along the way.

My path runs from India to the Midwest, Seattle, and now California, and being new in that many places taught me to design for people whose assumptions aren't mine. Lately I've been focused on what design rigor means for AI products: I think the hardest and most important design work is no longer the interface, it's defining what "good" behavior looks like and designing for the times the system is wrong.
