Keeping startup execution aligned with strategy

I'm a principal designer at Pulley, where I led design for Strategic Resource Optimization, a 0→1 AI-native product designed to keep a company's execution aligned with its strategy. Through 20+ solution-discovery sessions, I defined the product's conceptual model and built a working prototype to test the concept with realistic scenarios.
